Jazz Toor

Read bio +Jasmandeep (Jazz) Toor is the current VP of Operations for Bayou Grove, LP, a boutique real estate investment firm that specializes in the development, acquisition, and disposition of commercial real estate, specifically commercial retail, and CEO of Rushwood Investments, LLC, a real estate management firm that manages over 200,000 NRSF of commercial retail in Houston, TX.
Jazz received his BS in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2015. Shortly thereafter, Jazz worked as an underwriter at Frost Bank for four years, specializing in commercial and residential real estate underwriting. His main focus was deals in excess of $15MM that ranged from residential multi family to commercial office space. Jazz received his MBA from Rice University in 2019 with an emphasis in real estate development and fundamental valuation.
At present, Jazz works within the family business and specializes in underwriting CRE deals for both development and acquisition purposes. He currently manages over 200,000 NRSF of commercial space, heads the general partner team for a 70,000 sf Holiday Inn, and oversees daily operations for both businesses.

Read bio +Altaf is an accomplished banker with over 14 years of banking and investment experience. Altaf is the Founder and CEO of SARINA Capital, an investment management fund that invests in public equities. In addition to fund management, Altaf is also an experienced entrepreneur having started companies in technology, financial, and retail industries.
Altaf also has over 20 years of risk management, banking, consulting, and investment banking experience at SunTrust, Accenture, and other large organizations. At SunTrust, he held various executive positions within Enterprise Risk, Credit Risk and Investment Banking divisions. Prior to joining the banking and investment industry, Altaf worked as a consultant for over 6 years at Accenture, Pearl Meyer & Partners and Arthur Andersen. Altaf holds a M.B.A in Finance from Emory University and a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Georgia State University. Altaf has also held Series 7 and 63 FINRA (NASD) securities licenses in the past.
Altaf is actively engaged in the community and has held numerous leadership roles with several non-profit institutions. He has also been a community school teacher for the past 15 years and has served as a mentor to many youth members of the community. Additionally, Altaf has helped organize blood drives in Atlanta for the American Red Cross and has served as Finance Manager for his Homeowner’s Association.
